However, this fee is basically an entry ticket and nothing more. The Casino Carnival entry fee makes the casino accessible to all, once they pay the casino’s justifiable cost. The entry fee starts at Rs 1000 per person. Under this cost, guests can exit or enter the casino as many times as they like in a period of 24 hours. Since, the casino functions round the clock, the guests can avail as much benefit.

- All bookings made through the Call Centre and Website are non – refundable.
- No change of booking date or cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the visit date.
- One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
- If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
- Medical emergency will be considered for full refund and same has to be justified with relevant documents.
- For entry booked online or through the call center, no cancellations/refunds are allowed on blackout dates and special rates.
- No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
- Refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment used to purchase the original ticket/package. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 working days
- No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
